MEET PATRICK
New Leadership Delivering Results for Our Community
Grand Ledge Community members,
I have lived in Grand Ledge almost my entire life. I graduated from Grand Ledge High School in 1999. After High School, I earned a B.A. in History and Political Science from Hillsdale College in 2003. I then earned a teaching certificate and a Masters Degree from Oakland University in 2005.
I have taught at MacDonald Middle School in East Lansing for 10 years and currently serve on the Michigan Teacher Tenure Board.
I have been a volunteer coach for the Grand Ledge varsity football team for 6 years as well as many soccer and baseball teams.
I have a wonderful wife Jamie, and two fantastic boys Alex (8) entering 3rd grade at Wacousta and Ben (5) entering Kindergarten at Neff.
My children are the primary reason I am running for School Board. I believe we need more input from the community and transparency from the School Board.
